Job Submission Requirements

If you are sending your job via ROES, the software will automatically enter your job into our production system. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order.

If you are sending your order through the mail, FedEx, or UPS, you must complete an Alford Imaging production work order. If you are ordering a multiple package job, you must send a run sheet, computer file or camera cards which will correctly identify each subject and package. Carefully package your film, CD or DVD's and send to Alford Imaging, 3791 Contractors Place, Memphis, TN 38115.
